Set on the rolling hills of Limeburners Ridge, our family farm has been at the heart of everything we do for generations. Since 1968, we’ve worked the land with care and pride, raising quality cattle and continuing the traditions our family started decades ago.
From Our Family to Yours
Originally home to Hereford cattle, we transitioned to Devon cattle in the 1990s, drawn to their rich flavour, gentle nature, and exceptional meat quality. Today, our herd is MSA certified, ensuring every cut meets the highest standards of eating quality and consistency.
We’re now bringing that same dedication directly to your plate — launching a paddock-to-plate operation that supplies premium beef from Limeburners Ridge Pastoral straight to both the Metro Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hotel.
It’s our way of sharing what we’ve always believed: great food starts with care, respect, and a deep connection to the land.
